They let our daughter shadow them in high school and helped her get accepted to vet school. Forever grateful to them for their kindness.
My husband took my yellow lab yesterday and he came home with medications. As an RN and case manager, I have the habit of making sure the order was right, so I called this morning to verify the medication. Apparently the receptionist Mary hung up on me. I then called back Dr. Reed Harrison asking why customer service was so poor. Instead of explaining the circumstances, he belittled me saying the Med was called Simplicef for a reason. Are we not entitled to ask and verify the Doctor's orders? I think that each one of us need... read more
Dr. Reed and staff are wonderful. They have taken great care of my dogs over the past approx. ten years. My old, chubbie, diabetic pug loved going to the "Puppy doctor" even when he was near blind and deaf, he was excited to go to the office and have everyone gush over him! They all knew his name and were so kind to him. When "we" lost him, I think they felt as bad as I did. They are a very talented, down to earth, careing group. Going to that office is like being among friends. Thank you for all that you do.
