I put a down payment on an apartment three bedrooms, big mistake I’ve ever made now. I can’t get my money back when I went to see the apartment coming all the way from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the apartment had live roaches. The floors have white spots on them the stove the oven was filthy. I opened up the cabinets. They had dead roaches in it, and the countertops had cigarette burns. I just moved here last month and so far I love it here. My building is very quiet.
No management on property, apartments are falling apart after being "remodeled."
ive been living here 21 years and they are way overpriced and we cannot get in touch with management if we need them and it advertise income based and that is just not the trueth . Looking for a new home after all these years you go from 585 to 831 in one month just ridiculous. I had to put the apartment together before i could use it .
