Dedicated staff, family atmosphere, world class therapy and service.
Staff at Rosehill is like walking into a new high-school. Unbelieveable lack of interest into new hired people. Most staff are is overwhelmed with gossiping and talking smack about each other. Upper management are never available for anyone other then themselves. The utter lack of communication was astonishing. No real management skills to look to. Founder of establishment is gone. New leadership is cutting costs and offering less services and not living up to the standards set forth by the founder. Understaffed and unsecure campus. Cut staff and activities and raised rates. No longer a great place to work as seen by the record turnover rate.
