I was just there. The lines were long which is to be expected on a sunny fall day in Kirkland; however, my car was not vacuumed and the interior was wiped down with a sour smelling rag. I've been here many times and have never had this experience. I know you're busy but that's no excuse to shortchange your service.
Such a crappy job!! Why aren't there more full service car washes that aren't detailing?!
