This review is based on our move in. James was very helpful in getting us moved in quickly since we needed a place within a few days! Update #2: Still no major issues and renewed our lease. However, I don't know what happened as the hallways and stairways are always very dirty and smelly. Was not the case a year ago. Update: We have lived her about a year and its still great! Today I visited the Rose Hill Apartments and was warmly welcomed by Remi. She was super friendly, professional, and very attentive to my questions. The property is beautifully maintained and perfectly located. Highly recommend this community and its amazing staff!
It's a very nice place. People are nice and considerate. Amenities are top notch. The coffee machine is super cool!
