This review is based on our move in. James was very helpful in getting us moved in quickly since we needed a place within a few days! Update: 6 months into our lease and everything is still great! It has been pleasant living here my only complaint is that the hallways and stairways are no longer maintained. They stopped painting/cleaning regularly. Starting to look rough.
I lived at Rose Hill for the last 5 years and overall had a great experience while living there. Staff was and has always been super friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to any issues/concerns and maintenance requests. Lots of friendly neighbors as well. The grounds are also very well maintained and overall has a very nice appearance. There is not much staff turnover either, which is nice. James and Allison have always been friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Rose Hill for all that you've done!

The staff is professional and Cordial and respond to service request in a timely manner. The grounds and interior are very well maintained and Rose Hill is a great place to live ! It's peaceful great and friendly neighbors and everyone respects the rules and regulations of the property. I Love it here and it's a great place to call home.
