I lived at Rose Hill for Five months. I bought a house so I had to break the lease. I gave them my 60 day notice of my intention to move out. I moved out on December 31st. I paid my January rent in January on time as always. In February I paid my February rent on time as always. When I went to the office to pay my early move out fee on February 27th I discovered that Management filed an EVICTION citation. I had a court date on that same morning.
