Lived in these apartments from June '23 until June '24. I honestly cannot tell you how wonderful my stay was- everything from the office staff (James and Allison are two of my favorite people) to amenities offered to maintenance- all top notch. Lost my job in Plano and ended up moving back to my hometown in Louisiana, but will never forget my stay here and would 100% live in this complex again if I ever move back. This place is truly unbelievable I don't even know if they have real people in the leasing office anymore. For MONTHS on end I've been forced to lose sleep because of the noise coming from the parking lot. Historically it has been rude residents blasting music in their cars well past midnight, so loud that the bass shakes my apartment. and now as I'm typing this there is a car alarm going off nonstop. I have lived here for almost a year now and I am loving it! They have helped me with any issues I may have had and always in a timely manner with care. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area, rosehill will not disappoint you.
This place is amazing. It has been my mom’s home for years. The location is clean. And the staff is extremely caring.
I’m coming up on my 2nd year here, and while I like it here there have been some changes. The first wasn’t so bad, however there have been a lot of new tenants which has been an adjustment. Sometimes you can hear doors being slammed and bumping through the walls throughout the night. Some people ignore the “noise notifications” so be wary of that.
