Very happy with the service we received from Rose. We called Rose when another company didn't show up for a scheduled appointment to check why our radiators weren't warming up. Rose did have to make two visits before the issue was resolved, but both of the technicians were very pleasant to work with (as well as Chelsea at the office). Thanks to Rob we now know our boiler is piped differently and that the system must be bled of air in a specific way. Very impressed with the service I received. I had mini split ac/ heat pump system installed, The price was great,, way better than any other estimate and much higher cooling and heating capacity.
