Very impressed with the service I received. I had mini split ac/ heat pump system installed, The price was great,, way better than any other estimate and much higher cooling and heating capacity. It was installed quickly by a very professional and polite crew. The whole process from estimate to installation was perfect!
Rose’s is the third HVAC company I have used in the Urbana-Champaign area. They are my choice. They are responsive, act with urgency and are priced fairly.
We want to thank Brandon, who came out on the original service call, then Robert, Nolan and Grant for working a very long day to tear out our old system, and install new heating and hot water systems. This all happened right before Thanksgiving, with falling temperatures, and we appreciated the fast, professional service. Robert came back today to make some adjustments and replace a dented cover. Would highly recommend. The young lady at the office responded to my web contact promptly, set me up with an appointment only two days later, and stayed in touch regarding schedule changes. Brandon did a great job inspecting my furnace, diagnosing the problem, and repairing it rather than trying to sell me a new part. I'll definitely hire them again.
