Lived here 2.5 years. Chris was always helpful and reachable through text or email. Very nice to have since I have a busy schedule. He helped me with a lot in the end while I was having a rough time. Never saw any cockroaches which is impressive for rancho. Had perfect places to walk my small dog. Very quiet and the pool was my favorite activity during the summer. Definitely miss this place and would’ve stayed but needed a change. Prices are fair and the apartments are quality and homey.
I recommend this place to people. I used to live there. Nice and clean property. Smoke free complex. Manager and maintenance on site daily.
