My father passed away following an unwitnessed fall at this nursing home. Facility is very pretty and staff are nice. However he was admitted as a fall risk. He was found on the floor in his bedroom with a large lump on his head. Hospital later diagnosed a broken clavicle, brain bleed and 5 broken ribs. Incident report provided only showed 2 sentences. He was lying on his right side, alert and responsive. He could not walk on his own but also had dementia, which means he still might try to get out of bed.
