Very friendly staff. No problems they are willing to make your stay enjoyable and put your needs 1st. Even the cleaning staff were great and obliging to any needs.
Checkin was quick, if not friendly. This place is obviously an old tear-down-worthy motel half retrofitted into a nicer boutique place, but not well. The pool is pretty nice, but the A/C systems are old and loud. “Glam” style furniture poorly placed in room consisting of cheap wood laminate floors directly on concrete. Details were not paid attention to. Toilet installed several degrees crooked. TV has a version of basic cable I didn’t even know still existed. This hotel has the worst beds I have ever stayed in and I've traveled the United States I have slept better on the front seat of my work truck then these beds it is now 7:56 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on this beautiful 4th of July 2026. I have not slept that's how bad these beds are let's go to cleanliness🤔 There are holes in the wall the restroom has body hair on the walls and the ceiling. A/C works good and location is probably the only two things they got going for them. I have a voice my concerns to the booking agency ... read more
