Great price for a great room. The only problem I had was that the wifi was not good at all.
The phrase “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover,” couldn’t be more apropos regarding this hotel. We were not expecting what we found inside. First off, the accommodations were very modern and sleek. The bed and pillows were comfortable. This room had all the normal practicalities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board, but it also had a wine cooler - a great addition being in the heart of wine country. This hotel is fully renovated and was an amazing experience for us. We stayed at this hotel for 1.5 weeks and could not have expected anything better. This hotel is better than some of the higher rated places in SLO. Management was also nice and treated us with great care. A lot of the negative reviews come from a long time ago, which is probably before the renovation.
Hotel as usual, clean, bed comfortable and Aisha has the best customer service!
