By far the best apartments to live in, in the Capital Region. Rent is the cheapest you will find for one and two bedroom apartments. Maintenance is very good, will respond and fix any issue very fast. Apartments are in great condition, and property manager Lyndsey is very helpful and responds to any tenant issues quickly. Pool is well kept and staffed during the summer. Lived here for nearly 3 years and was very happy with my time there. Water, and Heat are included in the rent. Rose Garden is an amazing place to call home - spacious apartments, well built and quiet, great maintenance crew who are fast to respond to issues, great office team who solves concerns fast and professional. Been here almost 10 years and many more to follow!
With plenty of space, excellent neighbors and low prices, I would say the Rose Garden Courts is a top choice for apartments. I have been here for 2 years and my benefits have far exceeded my rent expense. I am grateful to be here. Definitely a recommended place to live, for singles and family!
Rose Garden has been a delightful community to live in! Our apartment is spacious and exactly what we need at a very reasonable price point. I love spending time on my patio and at the pool! From the day we moved in, we have felt welcomed by our neighbors and community as a whole. Compared to other apartment complexes, Rose Garden’s staff truly cares about each resident and it shows. Can’t recommend it enough!
