This was my first rental experience and I cannot say enough good things about Rose Garden Court! From the rental office to the maintenance crew, everyone is so friendly and accommodating! I loved how spacious my apartment was, especially for such an the affordable price. I would most definitely rent here again in the future!

Rose Garden has been such a great spot to live the past few years. We've gotten to know the staff well and they have been nothing but kind, helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The complex is very well-maintained, both inside the buildings and on the exterior/landscape. The apartment sizes are great and the storage room is very spacious. The Capital Region's best kept secret! The apartments here are beautiful and spacious. Our neighbors here have all been lovely making us feel right at home. The wonderful treatment you experience from the office to their maintenance team is above and beyond anything you will receive elsewhere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to live, you will not be disappointed.
Rose Garden might just be the best deal in the capital region! The apartments are spacious, bedrooms are huge. Storage units are massive as well! Landscape is always on point, and the community is quiet. And on top of that, there's a pool! Would highly recommend to anybody looking to move.
