My wife and I lived there for nearly a year, 2020-2021. Robin and Rico are excellent managers, super friendly and attentive to the tenants’ needs. The neighbors were fine, better than I expected for the area. The price was very good, but has gone up considerably in the last year, I’ve noticed (what hasn’t?) The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the cockroaches. I wish I could leave zero stars. Expect to listen to misbehaved children screaming and slamming things right outside your door all day long. Secondly, the cost of these apartments ($1150 a month) for what they are is ridiculous!!! It is a concrete block prison. The power bill is $350 every month in summer. It is not well insulated whatsoever. The A/C units barely work and if they break you are expected to replace it. The second room is completely unusable because of the lack of insulation.
