Rose Florist was contracted by Flowers by Eva to deliver a bouquet for an important occasion. While I understand substitutions may sometimes be needed, when the bouquet looks nothing remotely similar to what I ordered and paid $90 for, this is egregious.

Absolutely the Best Roses! I always treat myself to a single yellow rose when I get my toes done, and I’ve never seen roses last this long! Typically, they wilt within a week, but mine stayed fresh and beautiful for almost two weeks. The roses are huge, vibrant, and incredibly fresh. I went to the Tyson's location on a Monday night. I was picking out something for my Aunt and HIBBA was so patient and helpful! She was so accommodating and attentive. Her soul might be more beautiful than some of these flowers! The shop was smaller than I imagined but they do have wine and forever roses there. Be sure to check out the chocolate store across from it when you visit the Tyson's location!
Disappointing Experience, but Appreciate the Gesture I ordered a bouquet and made it clear multiple times that I had issues with other flower shops in the past—ordering one thing and receiving something completely different. I specifically asked for the bouquet to be very similar to the photo I provided. While I understand it may not be identical, I was assured it would be close.
