I came in like month ago got my hair done it was nice and to my liking I was charge $50 ..Today I came in got my hair done for $75 and my hair came out looking terrible not mention Mother’s Day is tomorrow . I have been coming there since 2016 & I truly can’t believe how mad I am about my hair and having someone else go over on my hair . For $75 I wanted my hair to be extra laid and it’s look like it was wash blown out but not flat iron .
Please remove my photo from your profile. I had a terrible experience today. I was not treated professionally. My hair was not treated as it needed to. They took my rollers out wet and insisted on using the blow dryer so that they could leave. My hair looks dry and unhealthy. I went many times before and had good experiences. I shared what I needed done today and they got started. They changed the plan and were not considered. I drove almost an hour to go there and called twice in the morning with no answer.
