We recently took our 10-year old and 8-year old for their routine check-up and clean with Dr Steven Chu at Rose Dental Clinic. Both children were quite nervous about the appointment, but Dr Chu was incredibly gentle, patient and reassuring, which made the whole experience so much easier for them. I had a crown done at this clinic, and it turned out to be too high, making it impossible to bite properly on that side. When I went back to ask for an adjustment, the attitude of the staff completely changed—they were impatient and dismissive, a sharp contrast to how accommodating they were before I paid.
