I had a crown done at this clinic, and it turned out to be too high, making it impossible to bite properly on that side. When I went back to ask for an adjustment, the attitude of the staff completely changed—they were impatient and dismissive, a sharp contrast to how accommodating they were before I paid. It took three visits to get my teeth. I was told 1 to 2 visits. I returned thinking I'd get my full top all of 5, but they asked me what's happening. I said yes what is, as I have paid and I'm still waiting. Then was told I had to return again as they couldn't have them ready. We allow 6 working days every trip. Last trip they had 9 days allowance, but did it in 7. They also made me pay b4 the job was done. I refused and they said no further work will be done till payment.
