Do not use this florist for any occasion because they're the worst florist I've ever seen. Made a casket saddle with dead greenery and flowers. They refused to fix it, refused to give a refund and didn't name the arrangement like it was supposed to be. It was supposed to have lillies in and only had 1 said they were allergic if they were allergic then they shouldn't be a florist. They will rip you off. The arrangement was not worth $200
Don't ever use this florist for any of your flowers or funeral flowers. My friends family used them for the flowers to go on a casket and they was not what they ordered and they were not even what they delivered, they sent a picture of the flowers that was supposedly delivered was not the same as the picture. They refused to make a new arrangement and refuses to give their money back and wanted to charge her more. Never even attempted to fix the problem. Save yourself a headache and use any other florist in town! This business has the absolute worst customer service, rude, unprofessional and insensitive!
This place is absolutely amazing! No matter what experience others had, my sister Jill Taylor wanted her daughter Baylee flowers it was good Friday no school they drove round hour trip to make sure they pleased her heart ❤️
