We been here with rose country estates almost 5 yrs they do not do anything they are supposed to when u try and call the office for anything nobody answers they can not keep a property manager they went through like 3 since I been here they wanna charge u I believe like 75 t0 80 to cut around ur lot area I don't even have grass my yard is all dirt and I had vine growing into my siding of my mobile I called office they told me it wasn't there problem if I wanted all that brush gone I can remove it myself and trees that's over... read more
The patience and customer service is amazing, but they lied. They said as long as we didn't have a sexual or violent offense we could get in other than a job, but they denied us because of credit history and background, but we were transparent from the beginning with traffic offenses and DWI. We were robbed of $100 for the application. We were denied last year and I apparently have strong feelings because I'm writing a review. If your record is squeaky clean, go for it.
