I stopped into Kelly's store to buy a few products that she exclusively carries, and she mentioned that she also does brow services. I was a little nervous since I'd never tried brow tinting before, so I said I would think about it. I finally decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! I love the results, and Kelly was professional and caring the whole time. I highly recommend Rose Cosmetics for both services and products. Always nice to support a local business too.
I have been going to Kelly for over 20 years to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. As a redhead I have sensitive skin and have never had any sensitivity. She also is so flexible and able to get me in when I even just pop by.
I went for the first time with Rose for a lash lift and tint just before my vacation. I have to say, it's probably the best one I've had so far. My lashes are really curled and black. I'm a blonde naturally. It's beautiful. It looks like I'm wearing mascara. I love it!
