They own Plymouth square the people in the office are very rude .
The management is horrible. I’ve put in multiple complaints on the building manager and nothing is ever done. The elderly and disabled are constantly being abused and when someone stands up to the building manager she retaliates. DO NOT TRY TO MOVE HERE

Have been living here at Citizens Plaza in PA for nine years and love it! The property manager is Briana Price, and she is a phenomenal person. Briana is a super professional who has an extraordinarily difficult job to do. She runs this building extremely, extremely well. Briana takes complaints very seriously and does everything she can to resolve them. If you have something that needs looked at and/or done in your apartment, she will make sure it happens and happens fast. I have no complaints. I love this building. I love ... read more
