Disappointed with the roses not like how they are online than in real life and cheap on the baby’s breath would have been nicer to buy from Woolworths than here
I ordered for Mother’s Day so I understood that there would be multiple deliveries hence why I didn’t mind when it says guaranteed before 7pm delivery but it arrived after 7pm to which I had to call twice and left a voicemail because of how disappointing it was. I ordered some Sympathy Wreaths from Rose & Co lately, they delivered the flowers very efficiently and the wreath looked exactly like the photo that they have on their website. I also had querying and they respond in details via email. They also gave me many advices on how to preserve the flowers. It has been 3 days now, and the flowers are still very fresh. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended.
Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday (considering they deliver before 7 pm “guaranteed”). Not only did I receive the order at 7.40 pm, i received the wrong order!! I received some funeral flowers! Tried contacting them that same day and never got a response. They replied the next day to my email with an apology ONLY!! Really bad customer service, don't recommended. Delivery not guaranteed, called to change time, attitude is very tough and not allow you to finish what you wanna say. Cant believe they still can servive
