My go-to for new juice! Always a great experience.
Worst customer service of any vape shop that I've been to, and I've been to a lot! The owner was a complete a** hole and I am making sure that none of my friends go here. I am shocked right now.

Of the 3 vape shops I visited in Portland this is the only one I would ever go back to. The guys at Rose City are making some amazing custom juices in house and have a wide variety of knowledge on the vaping culture. They allowed me to sample over 20 of their awesome juices and I ended up deciding on the "Horchata" which is by far the best version of this juice I have had to date! $16 a 30ml and you get to choose nic content and VG/PG. Mixed my juice in about 2 minutes. I WILL be back.
I was in Portland for a trip and heard this was the place to stop. Most shops have a decent selection of e-liquids to choose from but you're usually at the mercy of the shop if you're set on a specific flavor. Not here though, you can imagine it, they'll have it in your hands in minutes. I looked everywhere for a crisp lemon lime and they made me the perfect flavor.
