It was Sunday afternoon and I had an RV emergency. The website stated 24 hour service so I called. I was told that he did not have the part in stock so he would get the part Monday morning as soon as the store opened, then come out and fit the issue. At 10:00 a.m. Monday morning, when no one arrived I called, left messages and texted asking when he was going to arrive. I heard from no one.
