Kohl was great initially. Very helpful and provided a written quote. I paid him the fee for the estimate and we agreed to a tentative day for him to come do the work. Then, he disappeared. He hasn’t answered my calls or responded to my texts. Completely ghosting me. If I find out he changed his number or something and he gets back to me to do the work, I’ll give him the chance. Otherwise, I couldn’t be any more disappointed.
I’ve known this kid his whole life, he’s a hard working young man.He was taught to help others when they need help. Good kid and hard worker!!!!
Mr. Yetter came and assessed the damage to my roof and gave me an honest quote that beat out the dealerships repair cost. Highly recommend will be using them in the future.
