I have been in contact with Lonna at Rose City for several months in an attempt to resolve issues with their company, the MAC Group. After dozens of emails and calls, they finagled the numbers so that I owed an amount equal to a few months' dues. I own property in a community close to Bullard, Texas, which Rose City Property Management, manages. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful.
I own Smith Automated Gates and have worked with Rose City on many properties. They have always been very responsive, cordial and a pleasure to work with. I know this review is anecdotal as are the others, but this is what reviews are for. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs them. Again, this is based off of my experience only.
There communication is very poor. They will notify you 6 months after a bill is due. They do not handle repair request in a timely manner.
If I could give 0 I would. They don’t do anything for our community. The only landscaping is for the front entrance and that isn’t the prettiest. We are probably just paying for their mortgage. I seriously think they should be sued.
