We had the pleasure of chatting with this company about our issue. While we ended up not officially working together, I really appreciate the transparency of which they operate. It is obvious that they have a sense of morality in the way that they run their business. If we have any plumbing issues that they can help with in the future, I am excited to work with this honest company.
Had great service from the team to fix up a leak. Found the leak in between the walls of our bathroom and garage from a pipe. They were able to take care of the leak with ease. They also went out of their way to come back and move water heater back after our drywall was repaired.
We had a pipe burst in January during the cold weather spell in Portland. At the time I had no idea who to call and every one I did call was extremely busy. My family was in a hotel because we did not have running water in the house until the pipe was fixed. I was able to reach out to Rose City Plumbing and Jake got in contact with me via text and arranged to come within two days to take a look and provide an estimate.
