I so appreciate the flexibility Rose City Painting showed. I was moving to the area from out of town and they worked around my schedule. I love that they show up on time, communicate the process, and most importantly want to get it right. Some of our cabinets weren’t caulked so they explained why they recommend doing that and what could happen if we didn’t. The guys were polite and respectful.
It had been 10 years since we moved in and we have not done improvements. My house was tan and white everywhere, it needed refreshing and color. Rose City Paint provided that and more. They throughly patched and primed everything that needed it. They used quality BM paint so it was simple to go pick up swatches and samples to find just what I was looking for. I am so extremely happy with John and his team! I made a call for a quote on a Saturday, John was at my house to review on Monday, I had a bid by Tuesday (earlier than promised), and they were on site to begin the next week. The crew showed up early every single day and waiting patiently, respectfully in their vehicles until my husband and I opened the house up.
