I had golfers elbow and Emma Helsel gave me excellent exercises to do at home. It feels much better and probably would be gone if I did the exercise regularly!

Rose City Physical Therapy provides you with a variety of modalities including at home exercises & hands on manual therapy. They listen and taylor plans for your lifestyle. I have been a patient for both post op and to address chronic conditions and highly recommend them.
