My physical therapist, Ashley, is brilliant—she designed a challenging yet manageable program tailored to my needs. She listens, asks thoughtful questions, and genuinely cares about my progress, pushing me to improve while ensuring I feel supported. Highly recommend!
Rose City Physical Therapy is a great rehab experience. The reception desk (Yay, Josh!) is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The physical therapist I am seeing for a shoulder injury from a MVA (big shout out to Keldon Lou) is so skillful in creating a top notch personalized program with me in an engaging, easy to follow manner.
My PT experience at Rose City has been above and beyond. Ashley took a very proactive path toward helping me get back on the court and playing the game I !

My review is based off my experience as a whole. While I wish I could give a better rating, the front desk person named Joshua is really off putting and not very efficient at his job. He does not respond to emails or texts, and he gives off an aura of “I’m too busy” or doesn’t care. Not sure who at this office decided that the front desk folks should really push customers to book 2X a week, but it’s really annoying. I’ve never gone to a PT office that does this and I’ve been to many in my lifetime. I’m a single mom in debt o... read more
