getting a new owner and to stop forging analytical results
The worst lab we've used yet! A day late on testing results we had sales lined up we had to push back, then when we got the results someone forgot to put one result in metrc we had sales lined up for the next day, we couldn't do anything because someone screwed up at the lab not only did they screw up they flat out LIED to us. We LOST 2 very important sales and the manager at the lab did nothing but try to cover up their mistake and had no customer service did not offer anything for their HUGE mistake.
