I hired Rose City Contractors to do an emergency asbestos abatement in my kitchen after asbestos flooring was exposed underneath plywood (and several layers above it that had previously tested clear). These guys were so well vouched for that another team of contractors who couldn't make this happen on such short notice actually called Jeff at Rose City to help me out.
