My father is extremely ill. When Dr Mullen retired, my father was told he could be automatically moved to Dr. Friend’s practice. Linda not only failed to transfer him to Dr Friend’s practice but also failed to notify him that he was not transferred. He found out 4 months later that he not only didn’t have a doctor but also had no refills on extremely crucial meds.
