Any place I wanna go to consistently and almost daily for 2 and a half whole years must be doing something right. Can’t say enough good things about the Rose City gym, its coaches and the way they’ve helped build up my mental fortitude. 100 stars.Â

Rose City has the most welcoming and community-centric workout environment I’ve experienced in the Portland area. They’re also so focused on safe movement, giving excellent instruction and attention to beginners, but also pushing people to their potential when they’re capable of it and creating an inclusive environment with a lot of opportunity to be competitive at the same time. I can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s my second home!Â
The Rose City Barbell staff and community was welcoming the second I walked through the doors 3 years ago. If you’re looking for a supportive, encouraging, fun (sometimes goofy) community to help you reach your goals or get back into fitness, this is the place to do it!Â
I have been going here for 5 years. A place that feels like home is where I want to be and the community here is unbeatable. The team here at RCB goes above and beyond for the members. I highly recommend you try a class and see the amazing space inside!Â
