Love this gym! I have been a member for about 2 months now and loving the weightlifting classes. The coaches do an excellent job of making sure everyone is performing the lifts correctly and safely. The members are welcoming and friendly making it feel like a true community. Can't say enough positive things about Rose City Barbell!

I was in town from CA for appointments, I was able to just drop in and work out at the facility. Ashley was great and the gym vibe was great, plenty of equipment that was in great shape and the tunes were great as well. Can't wait to come back when im in town next. Joel

Love love love. I have done two weightlifting classes so far, each taught by a different coach and they were both amazing. I have done CrossFit for about 1.5 years and these classes help me feel more confident with my form and doing challenging lifts. You can tell there is a really positive and supportive community at Rose City Barbell.

I attended the lifting class this evening with my sister and we had a blast! I have some lifting experience but my sister doesn’t. The coaches Mike and Jordan were so helpful! They review all the moves, give great feedback and helpful cues. My sister was confidently lifting by the end of class. I knew I missed lifting but this class made me realize I need it back in my life. Thank you Rose City for an awesome class and a the supportive instruction.
