I need to start off by telling you all that there is a company in this town called FaithCo. They told me I needed a completely new system and we’re going to charge me $37,000. Told me my present system had cracks in it, and it was leaking carbon monoxide. Right at Christmas time! Rose City Air came out for a second opinion at no charge. They told me my HVAC. system and it was absolutely fine. All I needed was a new thermostat! I ordered the thermostat on my own and they charged me $78 to set it up.
