I was in a wedding on November 3Rd. The space was beautiful and set up almost completely right. Despite a missing table, trees not being lit, photo booth not being set up. My biggest concern was Roy, the chapels director. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He got into the brides face, snapping his fingers, calling her a liar, rolling his eyes etc. I will NOT recommend this establishment ever again due to his working there. Way too many things to improve on. Unfortunately.
The director was rude, and very unprofessional. The planners didn’t have it together. Was here for my daughters wedding and was very disappointed. With the way it was all handled. Plus since when does a director call his clients liars???

Rose Chapel was a wonderful venue with excellent service. They answered every email, and helped make sure everything went smoothly. The venue is well kept, and the have tons of useful stuff on hand. Roy did an excellent job on our wedding day. They work hard & provide great service. Thanks Rose Chapel!
Don't let the outside of the building fool you. This place is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment my then fiancé and I walked in we knew this was the place. There is so much character and beauty to this venue. The staff is amazing, my coordinator, Roy, was the best a bride could ask for!!! He was calm, nice, organized, and so funny!
