They are an extremely caring group of people - my therapist is more concerned about helping me reach my goals and being flexible when life slows me down... Charlotte is encouraging & even tough sometimes but everything she does with me is based in compassion... I've never been enthusiastic about anything physical but I look forward to the challenge & seeing the benefits!!!!
