What can I say besides Rose is a God send! she was the only one who could help me after all these people were offering me crazy offers on my house. she asked me about something called lease option....which I never heard about in my life. After she ran the numbers with me I was dumb founded on how crazy the deal was. Needless to say I took her offer....lol. Now there is one less stress in my life.
