Very thoughtful on order and even taking extra step of calling to make sure the order was as I wanted
Ordered flowers for a hospitalized friend. She received them within hours of being ordered. She loved them and said they brightened her small room.
The flowers were fine, but whoever typed the names on the cards messed two of the names out of five. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, and this is seemingly a small thing, but I was very disappointed that they did not take the time to make sure it was correct, and for the tone I got when I called to let them know.
