My wife booked for a protein treatment and was told 30$ on the phone. When receiving the service the cosmetologist asked if she wanted to style her hair without mentioning the cost. The total came out to 90$ an extra 60$ for styling. I feel like communication up front would have made more sense then blindsiding us when we were paying. The service was excellent but proper communication of services and prices is a must before committing. She could have simply said would u like me to style your hair for an extra 60.

This was my first time getting my hair done professionally and all I can say is "Wow." My stylist, Alexandria, talked me through the entire process and explained how certain treatments/self care would help me achieve my goals. I was handled with such care and respect, I just knew I was in good hands. 10/10 would entirely recommend.

I am over the moon in love with my new haircut!! I went to Michelle for the big chop. I asked for a shaggy pixie and she did that!!! She did such an amazing job!! I appreciated that she asked me throughout the service how I was doing and she recommended products for styling my new hairstyle. 10/10 would recommend to literally everybody I know.

Michelle and Aaliyah were experts at cutting and caring for my hair and my daughter's hair. My daughter is racially mixed and very particular about her hair, but she loved the job they did! Miss Morgan met us in the front and was awesome at answering all our questions.
