The most corrupt management in NYC. BEWARE!! The building the Apthorp is a beautiful wedding cake but decaying on the inside. Disgraceful management.. Slumlords.
This company puts its residents in danger on a regular basis in order to cut corners. Requests for maintenance on dangerous living conditions are routinely ignored. Steer clear.
King of THE GRIFTERS. Don't believe a word they say. Rude, unresponsive, slum lords. Most disrespectful and unprofessional organization in the city. AVOID ANY PROPERTY they manage/own/developing.
The property Rose purchased where I reside has only gotten worse as they make superficial improvements instead of important things (like preventative maintenance to keep hot water running) then jack up the rent citing those nothing-burger improvements and ignoring the failings of management each and every year. It's clear they are greedy, use the cheapest contractors possible, and don't care at all about residents. DO NOT RENT WITH ROSE ASSOCIATES
