My impression of this agency is not positive. My husband and I are retired. After working months to prepare for a yard sale with the help of a disabled son, spending hours making large colorful signs to help people find their way from the main street to our home, getting up at 4:30 a.m. to go hang our signs on visible poles coming into our neighborhood, guess what happened.
