Amanda is excellent! I couldn't imagine going through this process without her. This is the second home we have bought with her help! It was also our first time selling our home. The process can be very overwhelming but she is so knowledgeable and always available to answer questions or walk us through the process. She listened to us and guided us each step along the way. Ms. Underwood was very knowledgable in the market. She helped my wife and understand time frame, possible values, and things that would be in the selling process. She met every need and helped relieve any concerns we had. Ms. Underwood made us feel like we were a top priority during the selling process.
