I was a new customer and went in stating three times I wanted ash blonde hair, and came out with auburn hair which I put up with for six weeks. At my next colour she corrected it and my hair looked great but none of my regrowth took the colour, when I followed up I was told what she had used was not designed to cover regrowth. Good lord, then what was I paying for? This was not told to me while choosing the colour or getting it applied. That’s it for me, not going back
