RecommendedMargo was absolutely fabulous to work with. We had our wedding ceremony at Rose and goat, our reception was at the Whitcomb summit across the street. Her attention to detail and her beautiful property and Whitcomb summit was absolutely perfect. We would stay here again and again. If you are looking for a place to have a wedding look no farther. The views and planning were perfect!
We can’t say enough about the Rose and Goat Retreat! Love it! We’ve been going there for nearly ten years. Margo is such a wonderful host (and now our friend)! We are always greeted with beautifully complimented sights and smells of the best of Yankee candles and smooth acoustical music that envelops us into a relaxing mood after a long drive. Love being on “top of the mountain!” Highly recommend!

Last night my daughter was married at the Rose and Goat retreat and it was absolutely magical! It was a perfect fall evening, the sky was clear and the air was crisp...The lights in the tent gave the evening an ethereal quality and the food from Brennan's Catering & Events received rave reviews from all of the guests. Kudo's to all who helped make this evening, truly a special night to remember. Margo, job well done!!
We had a wonderful experience with the Rose and Goat as our venue for our wedding. Margo was a gracious host and her attention to detail was amazing. We had about 130 guests and it was perfect. The accommodations of the resort itself are luxurious and comfortable for the guests who stayed. We also highly recommend using Anna on your wedding day. She was very helpful and was exactly the extra assistance we needed. 5/5
Margo’s properties are simply amazing. They are beautifully, and tastefully decorated. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness are top tier. If visiting the Berkshires, and you’re not staying at the Rose and Goat, you’re missing out.
