It's shaping up to be a good spot. Bebranding season is here. Can't wait to see the finished product.
This place is ran terribly. the apartments manager (if you can call her that) is NEVER in the office... EVER. No one can ever reach her either. People have gone as far as to go to her other job at Sure Safe hotel. And even then they can't get to her. She completely ignores everyone here. No one can get anything done around their apartment at all. The places are literally falling apart and they won't do anything to fix the issue instead they use this place like a cash cow.
