Munson needs to take patients' bad reviews seriously! This manager is rude, does not do her job to assist patients, and will post comments about patients taken out of context (to make herself look good, and the patient bad), in medical records that patients can't see. Another facility told me about the comments because I get along very well with everyone else at other medical centers. I have filled out a form to get those statements (haven't received them yet). Went to the ER for a very painful situation, all they did was charge me thousands of dollars for just a consultation. No relief of the pain. Yet, I was call 3 times on my way home to set up a payment plan for this ER waste of time.
Beware if you have an issue with this place, or several. The manager is rude, does not do her job to assist patients, and will post comments about patients taken out of context (to make herself look good, and the patient bad), in medical records that patients can't see. I have been coming to this center for almost a decade. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. There was an investigation, and an apology (and gas card). I certainly hope they make a lot of improvements! The phlebotomist, who threw my blood work away, didn't tell anyone at the center, me or my physician. Then the manager, who told me I was rude, hung the phone up on me.
