Would be nice if they answered their phones, anytime I’ve ever called no matter the time of day, they never answer the phone.
I have had good experiences here, and some really awful ones, too (a couple of years ago). I've been told it's under new management. So far I've had very good experiences this year, as I'm giving this center, closest to me, another chance. I hope the staff can keep up the good work that we the patients deserve and need.
I have tried to call for 2 days straight and no one seems to want to answer the phone. Do we not care about our patients?
Had an appointment at 9:20am went in and was told my Doctor had gone home sick so I had to reschedule. Not an issue I understand that people get sick I asked if my next appointment could be before 9am (typically im told appointments take around 45min) because my work day starts at 10am. Get an appointment for Tuesday 26th at 8:40 and leave. An hour later I received a text saying the appointment has been changed again to the 26th at 9:40 (which would cause me to miss work) So I call back to get A) see why its be re-reschedule... read more
