Love the ribs. Great smokey flavor. Hard to pull a rib off and keep the meat on the bone. Just falls apart.
Passing through from NC to Utah. Found this place after trying another one that was closed. I'm glad we did. I had the burnt ends, baked beans and some fries. I would love to stop in again but am flying back. If I ever get this way again, I plan to throw down on whatever I can off of the menu.
The ribs and fries were great! Don't forget the sauce next time.
I ordered our Christmas dinner from Roscoe's which consisted of rib tips, pulled pork, brisket, a slab of ribs, a whole chicken along with onion rings. Roscoe's was going to be closed Christmas Eve so we picked up the order on the 23rd, my family was coming over on the 24th. Great food and service as usual. Definitely enough food for leftovers or to share.
The brisket was good the pork not good a little over priced but the brisket was worth it
Cheesey corn and barbecue beans were the best! The cuts of meat were great quality!
Try burnt ends here or anything. Joes? Who is that? Must be a tourist trap
