Company is incompetent. Most of positive reviews you see are paid for. Placed an order yet never received my item. Was promised a call back 5 times over the course of 8 months(!!!!). Each time someone (even “supervisors”) is going to “look into it” but never calls back.
We have worked with Roscoe for our towel and apron service for years for our catering company. We have had great experiences with Sergio, Dan and the team. We consider them true partners and the product quality and service excellent! Highly recommended!
Our Companies (WaterSaver Faucet/Guardian Equipment/Oval Fire Products) have been customers of Roscoe for several years.
