I ordered a pizza tonight from Rosati’s in Rolling Meadows on Kirchoff Road for 6:00 PM delivery, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The pizza arrived early at 5:50 PM and was piping hot. One of the biggest improvements compared to the old Rosati’s is the onions. I always disliked the diced onions they used before, but this time the red onions were sliced, making them visible and adding great flavor and texture. What gives zero stars if it was an option, Call to order a pizza and 3 salads simple order as for no tomatoes, and no onions on all 3 salads came with extra onions. Customer service completely sucked. They screwed up my order that I phoned in and then wanted to argue me when I got there that I only ordered 1 salad.Was told new owners and it improved however it did not will never be returning there again
The Rosati's on Kirchoff just changed ownership. I ordered by phone, unaware of the change, and when I arrived, they informed me I was their first customer. They were still installing their phones and resetting their internet presence as I arrived. But you wouldn't know it was their first day, from the pizza. Good crisp crust, nicely balanced, toppings evenly distributed... Everything was right on target. Delicious!
Got a burnt large meat lover's pizza. To make a very long story short, the manager still won't give me a replacement. Said he would, made me bring back the burnt pizza, which I did and showed him. He said next time I called, he'd give me a free pizza. I've called 8 times and he gives a different excuse each time why he can't give me my pizza: wrong day, too busy, forgot my name, etc.
