UPDATE 3/16/25: TLDR: DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to order online but their system does not work anymore so I called to order. Here's why I'd like to give zero stars-- my order took double the time they told me it would to get here, I didn't get what I ordered, I was charged for things I didn't order, one of my items had mold on it, one of them was expired, & I found out that they are charging a mandatory tip for the drivers (which I would have given anyway). I love their pizza & other dishes I've gotten from here! However, I called on a Friday night during business hours. No one ever picked up and said hello. It was just ringing & then put on hold multiple times for 25 minutes before I hung up and called back again. The same thing happened again which is extremely annoying! I understand that Friday nights are busy, but to not even pick up ever & say "hello can you please hold" or anything is kind of ridiculous. I order from this location quite often and each time I’m spending $40 or more and I never had an issue until today. I was told my order would be delivered within a hour. However, it was much longer. Upon receiving my food, my pizza was cold, boneless wings over cooked and hard, pizza bread burnt. To male matters worse the delivery driver called me and asked for me to come down and get my order.
