The new manager, Sarah, seems very incompetent at her job, and she also seems to have an attitude problem. Unlike the previous people who worked there, she's very disorganized as she can't even get a single order right or have it done in a timely manner. Whoever hired her made a big mistake.
I’ve been a regular Rosati’s customer for years, ordering at least twice a month, but this experience was by far the worst. I placed an order for two thin crust pizzas and a coupon deal (pizza, wings, and a liter of soda for $39.99). The pizzas arrived 1.5 hours later (after being told it would be under an hour) and were thick crust, uncut instead of the standard thin crust I’ve always received. The wings were another disaster. Just left here from asking for the manager after buying a slice of pizza. I just wanted to speak business to possibly help grow their crowd and bring more of the kids who come to my center to their location. I was told that the manager would be right out and after 15 minutes of waiting and being looked over and not even acknowledged, I chose to politely walk out and nobody cared to do anything as far as give me an update or anything, they just let me leave. I WILL NOT be coming here anymore!
