I had to find my own delivery driver and pick up my pizza from him after an hour 20 min plus wait on 45 min time estimate. He couldn't find my house despite living at a corner of a major intersection

Poor quality food, service dismal and not on time. Placed order at 3 to be done by 5; arrived at 5, finally ready at 545. They are putting a 3.99% fee on top of credit and ATM transactions though I’m thinking not able to on debit cards per state law.
