Really Rosati’s? In this time of social distancing I have to open my door to the delivery guy and take and sign a receipt in order to get a pizza. Not cool. We were *not* separated by 6 feet.
I ordered food here once in awhile because I’m a full time student, work full time and a single mother of 2. I placed my order online and I didn’t think It went through So I called the store they said that if they don’t see it within 5-10 mins they will give me a call to order, but if they did see it they won’t call. They have work to do , they've have to go over their staff and the way they personally do things and start from the Beginning:
We ordered pizza from this location today for our family party. It took an hour or more to deliver. We opened the pizzas to find that they had either been dropped or the driver had hit the brakes super hard. A large portion of each of the pizza had been smashed on top of the other pieces and stuck to the lid. We called and they offered to deliver us new pizzas in a half hour (remind you it took and hour the first time), but we had to give the old ones back. I eat at this location on average about twice a week. Today i called in an order for lasagna and changed my mind by the time i made it fyi pick it up. I decided instead to order an italiam beef extra dipped with a cup of au jus on the side. When i get back to work I open the tray to discover my sandwich had not been dipped at all and was dry as fuck. Pizza was great, but make sure you cross out the tip line and total line if your giving a cash tip. 'Somehow' $5 was added to my total of $26.23 which I have a receipt of and $31.23 was taken out of my account. Won't ever order from here again.
