First off I want to say and acknowledge how well the staff handles customer service! Ran into a situation where one of my orders came to me unsatisfactory. Having the issue resolved by Tasha from the Mckinney location, and Ray from the Frisco location showed me how much they value customer service. My pizza was remade and sent to me, and the driver was so nice! Refused me to tip him with a genuinely true and kind demeanor. I refused his offer and tipped him as I promised.
