Has the dough for the thin crust changed? I got a 16" well done and the crust is more like a robust yet crumbly graham cracker than the rosati's crust I'm used to. Is this a permanent change? If so, change it back!! Boo!!!
Edited: food better this time. Pepperoni was under the cheese which is how I like it. Good pizza when done right.
