I ordered a pizza for pick up, I got home and was given the wrong pizza. I called them right away and not only could I keep the pizza I got at first that was wrong, they sent a delivery driver to my house with the new pizza I was supposed to get in the first place. They made a mistake and corrected it right away. All we had to do was tip the driver which I thought was fair. Thanks Rosatis!!!
Fish was burnt and salad and soda came 45 minutes later
My go-to in Madison. Picked up or received delivery many times from there and have rarely been disappointed. My pizza unfortunately arrived *cold* this most recent delivery, and immediately upon my call they made it right no questions asked. Thoroughly impressed and look forward to my next order!
Did not honor my allergy (website didn't put my request on their ticket) but my friend said the pizza was really really good :(
